The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a visual chart describing an organisation’s or product’s value from different viewpoints.

It has neun areas showing topics such as the value proposition, key activities, finances, partners, customers and markets.

One of the main advantages of the canvas is its simplicity - as a one-page “top-down overview”.

Areas of use is in the development of products, ideas, startups.
